Balance Therapy and Fall Prevention

Training and exercises designed to get your muscle and nervous system back in shape in order to walk better, balance better and prevent a fall from occurring.

We take extreme caution to ensure your safety when doing balance therapy in order to prevent injury and maximize the ability for you to challenge your body.

​

We utilize equipment such as the Solo-Step and parallel bars to enhance safety. Other equipment is used to challenge your legs, core and reflexes to improve your balance, strength and speed of movement.
